country punch
A bold, refreshing spiced punch with the warmth of Chai Masala, the tang of Assam Adrak and the depth of Maratha Amruttulya — made in minutes with just a few drops.
- No boiling required
- Serve hot or cold
- 4 extracts in one glass
- Made with Natural Ingredients
Ingredients
Chai Masala Spice Drop
2 drops per glass — the flavour hero. 5ml bottle = 150–180 drops per bottle.
3 Cups
Powdered Jaggery
1½ Cups
Water
¾–1 Cup
Lime Juice
As needed
Chilled Soda
Directions
-
1
Make the Jaggery Syrup
Boil jaggery with water till completely dissolved. Strain through a thin cloth to remove any impurities.
-
2
Cool & add Lime Juice
Allow the strained syrup to cool completely. Add lime juice and stir well to combine. Pour into bottles and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
-
3
Build the Glass
Pour the chilled base over plenty of ice, top with cold water or soda.
-
4
Add Your Spice Drop
Add 2–3 drops of Chai Masala Spice Drop per glass. Stir 5 seconds. Dissolves instantly in cold — no boiling, no straining, no tadka.
Pro Tip: Make one base. Hand everyone a different drop. Because the syrup is flavour-neutral, every glass can be its own punch — Ginger for heat, Mint to cool down, Paan for festive evenings, Cardamom for something floral. 2–3 drops per glass, stir 5 seconds, done. No second recipe needed.
