HOT & SOUR SOUP

for Chilli
Ingredients
Shredded cabbage - 1 cup
Grated carrot - ½ cup
Grated cooked radish - ½ cup
Vegetable stock or water - 4 cups
Cornflour - 2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 ½ tbsp
Brown vinegar - 2 tbsp
Ajinomoto - A pinch
Chilli Spice Drop™ - 6-8 drops
Garlic Spice Drop™ - 4 drops
Salt and pepper - to taste.
Directions
Cook vegetables in the stock or water, add salt, pepper and soya sauce. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.Mix cornflour with ¼ cup of water and add to the simmering soup and
cook for another 2 minutes.Add the Spice Drop™ and vinegar and remove from fire.Serve hot.
