Guava Juice
1 Tsp
Lemon Juice
As Per Taste
Black Salt (kala namak)
2 Tsp
Sugar, or as Per Taste
8 Leaves
Fresh mint (Pudina)
4–5

Directions
-
1
Add Everything to the Blender
Take all the ingredients — guava juice, lemon juice, black salt, sugar, Chilli Spice Drop, Cumin Spice Drop, mint leaves and ice cubes — in a blender or mixie jar.
Pro Tip: Black salt (kala namak) is key here — it adds a sulphuric, tangy depth that transforms this from a simple juice into a classic Indian masala drink. -
2
Blend till Smooth & Frothy
Blend well until the mixture becomes completely smooth, frothy and chilled. The mint leaves will break down and infuse through the drink — giving it a beautiful pale green tint and fresh aroma.

3
Pour & Serve Immediately
Pour into tall glasses. Serve immediately while frothy and cold. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lemon on the rim.
