Maida - 2 ½ cups
Besan - ½ cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Ghee or Vanaspati - 1 cup
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Cashew nuts - 4 Tbsp (minced)
Cardamom Spice Drop™ - 7 drops or Ginger Spice Drop™ - 4 drops
Sift maida with besan and baking powder. Beat ghee and sugar together till light and fluffy and add the sifted ingredients, cashew nuts and Spice Drop™.
Knead very well. Form into lime size balls and flatten slightly. Place on a greased baking tray. Bake in a moderate oven (170°c) for 15-20 minutes.
Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
