MASALA CHAAS (BUTTERMILK)
Fresh curd (dahi) - 1.5 cups
Water - 1 cup
Salt - As per taste (Black Salt optional)
Cumin Spice Drop™ - 3/4 drops
Fresh Coriander - for garnish
Take all the ingredients in a blender jar, except the coriander leaves.Blend well till the mixture becomes smooth and frothy.Pour in a tall glass
and garnish with fresh coriander.Serve chilled.
